YOU ARE ALREADY DELIVERED, YOU DON'T NEED ANY FURTHER DELIVERANCE( culled from a Prize Chukwuka teaching)

Today, we are gonna be talking about our deliverance through Jesus Christ. I want to show you that you've been delivered already by what Jesus Christ accomplished for us in his finished work of redemption. Let's read Isaiah chapter number 61 Verse 1. And also Luke chapter number 4. Verse 18 to 20. These two verses actually show us that Jesus Christ broke wide open the prison door of the slave market of sin to release the prisoners of sin and Satan.

Jesus released everyone by shedding his blood, by giving his life in exchange for us to redeem us, from the slave market of sin and Satan. So let's read Isaiah chapter number 61, verse number 1. Praise God! A

Isaiah prophesying back then, of what Jesus was coming to do, which Jesus later spoke about in Luke chapter number 4, verse 18 and verse 20. So here, Isaiah says, the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord had anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek. He had sent me to bind up the broken hearted to proclaim liberty to the captives. In other words, to proclaim freedom, deliverance. That's what the word liberty means. It's the same word which means deliverance. To proclaim deliverance to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are in captivity.

Jesus repeated this very same prophecy that spoke about him and all that he came to accomplish on our behalf. Jesus spoke about this in Luke chapter number 4 from verse 18 to verse 20. So we can see that these passages of the Bible confirm to us that Jesus paid the ransom. He paid the ransom which broke wide open the prison door of the slave markets of sin and satan, hallelujah! thereby legally releasing everyone from satan's activity.

What this implies is that everyone has been delivered from Satan's captivity. Whether it looks like it or not, whether it feels like it or not, or whether people know about it or not, it does not matter. You've already been delivered. Praise God!

Jesus paid the price that delivered you even before you were born. You were already delivered from the slave market of sin and from Satan's captivity. Now, what matters is for you to know what Jesus did in his death, burial and resurrection. What He has already accomplished for you and for you to embrace this truth,  take your stand on it and continually draw upon this power. How do you draw upon it? By thinking in line with this truth you draw upon it. Also by confessing this truth continually. You always declare your freedom. Always declare your deliverance. This is one thing that a lot of believers are not even doing. A lot of believers, speak more, of the physical circumstances that they see around them than they affirm the truth which the Word of God says.

Also in your prayers, you pray this truth. A lot of people pray their problems, they pray the circumstances around them. They tell God about their problems and all that but that's not the right way to pray in the new covenant.

Let's now look at what the Bible says about our deliverance. The Bible tells us clearly, that we've been delivered, already. We've been delivered already from Satan or from the power of darkness. And it doesn't matter the contradictory evidences that you see in the natural realm, do not invalidate what God says.

Whatever it is, no matter what it is, no matter what you see, it cannot invalidate what God has already accomplished for you through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. So you see, all of those contradictions that you see around you, they are all false and are based on Satan's manipulative scam.

Satan is a scam. He's a scammer. He uses scams to hold many in his false bondage. Because of their lack of knowledge of the truth. So you see, Satan holds a lot of people in bondage because of their lack of knowledge of the truth about what God has already accomplished for us through Jesus Christ.

So all of those things are false. Those are things of this natural world that appear to contradict what God's word tells us that Jesus has already accomplished for us in his death and in his resurrection. So you see, Satan is a liar. And also an imposter.

you've already been delivered. That's just the simple truth.  The adversary is going to try to trick you to show you things that look as if you've not been delivered, as if you're still in bondage. That's his lies, his tricks, his strategies , which he uses to keep a lot of people confused and they think, that, they need additional deliverance or they need another deliverance. Whereas God's word already confirms to us that we have been delivered already. So Paul tells us about this deliverance in Hebrews chapter number two, Read verse 14 and verse 15. Paul tells us that we have been delivered.

me read hebrews chapter number two verse 14 and verse um 15 hebrews 14 15 says for as much then as the children are per acres of flesh and blood he also himself likewise took part of the saying that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death.

So you see the devil has been dethroned. he's been destroyed, rendered powerless by Jesus Christ praise God! By all that Jesus did for us in his death and in his resurrection the devil has been rendered incapacitated praise the Lord Jesus! now verse 15 goes on to say... and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage....So you see this place is simply telling us that we have been delivered. This is Paul talking. You have been delivered and this is the truth. But you know, religion makes it look like all these things that Jesus did for us are not real so that you have to now try and really deliver yourself. And all of that is just mere religious gibberish.

The truth is that you have been delivered. now let's also read Colossians chapter number one verse 14 in that place Paul also speaks to us about this truth confirming to us that we have been delivered.
Okay colossian's 1,14 says in whom we have redemption through his blood even the forgiveness of sins..

We have redemption through his blood. Someone looks at this and says, that's talking about redemption. It doesn't mention deliverance. Well, you're saying so because you don't understand the meaning of that word redemption. That word redemption is a very broad word. And one of the meanings of that word in the Greek reads deliverance.

It has a lot of meanings. Deliverance, salvation, freedom, escape, release. All of these words. They are all encapsulated in this word redemption. So, you could read it this way also and it still means the same thing. In whom we have redemption. In whom we have deliverance. In whom we have salvation.

One of the translations says, by whom we have deliverance. Some of the translations read, through whom we have our deliverance. So you see, he's all speaking of the same thing. And Paul is here confirming to us that we have our deliverance. We have been delivered. Everybody has been delivered. Jesus delivered everybody but not everybody knows this truth, not everybody has been told this truth and you know even among people who have been told not everybody has accepted this truth not everybody has believed it.

You know, we all have our free will. So, it all depends on people. Whether they're going to accept this truth or not. And of course, anybody who accepts this truth, anybody who believes in this truth and receives Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior becomes born again. And everything that this word says, comes into the person's spirit.

So Jesus already set you free. Jesus already, delivered everybody from the slave market of sin. He broke wide open the prison door. That door of the slave market of sin and Satan's captivity. Jesus broke it wide open and now calls people to just walk right out.

Just come right out and embrace Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior because He is the deliverer. He is the Savior. You already have deliverance. Praise God! And this is something a lot of people, even many believers, don't know.
so many believers are not being taught this truth. Many are being told that they're still in bondage, that they're still in captivity, and as a result of that, they need deliverance. They need to go for deliverance,  or they need to see a deliverance minister. All of those things are lies. You are already delivered. You are free.

For whomsoever the Son sets free is free indeed. You are actually free from Satan's captivity. You are actually free, you know, from the slave market of sin. And for the fact that, you know, you have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, you can no longer be in bondage to Satan. Never again. You can no longer be in bondage to anything at all. Praise the Lord Jesus! For you have received eternal life, which is Jesus Christ. So you see, the truth stands that you've already been delivered. You already have deliverance. But like I said, many don't know this. Many don't know deliverance is something we already have. Many are still seeking it. They're still looking for it out there in one way or another. But the Bible makes it expressly clear to us that we already have deliverance.

Ephesians chapter number 1 verse 7 says in whom we have redemption. Hear that. In whom we have redemption. Through his blood the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of his grace. Praise the Lord Jesus! So you see all of this is based on the grace of God.
It's not based on your works. It's not based on your performance.

So let's get back there to the beginning. In whom we have redemption or through whom we have redemption, the "whom" is referring to Jesus Christ. Through Jesus Christ, we have redemption. And like, as I earlier explained that word redemption means deliverance.

In whom we have deliverance. Can you see that? A lot of people don't know that they have deliverance. They already have it. That's what I'm trying to bring out here. You already have deliverance. And that's the same thing Paul tells us in Colossians. Chapter number 1, verse 14, where we read.  He repeats the same thing again for the sake of emphasis, so that we don't miss it.

You don't need deliverance because you already have it. Praise the Lord Jesus. Say after me, I have deliverance through Jesus Christ. Praise God. Then notice something else I want to show you. He said in whom we have redemption, through his blood. That is in whom we have deliverance, through his blood. We have deliverance. How? Through prayer? No. He said through his blood. We have deliverance. Through fasting? No. Through his blood.

Through his blood, through the shedding of his blood, through the exchange of his life as the ransom, praise the Lord Jesus! Jesus paid the ransom that set us all free, praise God! And Paul is telling us this new covenant reality, saying to us, in him, through him, by him, by Jesus, through Jesus, of Jesus, we already have deliverance. Praise God!!  And this is just one fact you've got to embrace. This is one truth you've got to embrace.

So I have deliverance. You have deliverance. Everybody has it, all right, because Jesus provided it for everybody. Praise the Lord Jesus!

Religion will hide these things from you. Because religion wants to control you. And you know, religion is not of God. Religion was created by Satan and the fallen man. So you see, if you're playing religion, you're on your own. Religion is not faith in Christ. You've got to understand this. I'm talking about the gospel of Christ, which says that you've already been delivered. So you see, what people need is not another deliverance. That's not what people need. Because they already have it. What people need is the knowledge of what Jesus Christ did for them.

What they need is to know  what God already accomplished for them through Jesus Christ, through the redeemer.

when you receive this knowledge the next thing is to know how to take your stand on this truth without wavering.

Two very important things here;
first of all you need the knowledge of this truth, to know that you have been delivered. This knowledge which stabilizes you, stabilizes your mind so that you're no longer thinking that you need additional deliverance. You get to know that you have been delivered and you hold on to this truth.
That's the second thing. Two things. Receive the knowledge and also learn how to stand on this truth.

The truth that you have been delivered without wavering. Now you see, the problem with a lot of believers is what? Is a lack of knowledge. A lack of this knowledge of the truth. Many are not being taught the truth. And because of this, they don't know how to take their stance.
so, how do you take your stance? By pondering on this truth in their thinking, stand on this truth in your confession and pray this truth in your prayer. you declare the truth, the freedom that you already have  through Jesus Christ, because that's the truth.  Every other thing around you that you see, that seems contradictory. Those are all lies. Those are tricks. Satan is just trying to get you confused. The truth is simply the truth. You have been delivered irrespective of what you are passing through.

And, you know, the earlier you start acknowledging this truth, you know, the better for you. Because the more you acknowledge it, the more this truth becomes a realization in your natural life. Are you hearing what I'm talking about? Because it's already true spiritually. Praise God! but you have to know this truth and then you stand on this truth. And as you stand on this truth, it becomes a reality in your natural life.

Praise the Lord Jesus! So live in the reality of all that Jesus has accomplished for us in his finished work of redemption..
